I hold a Certificate III in Individual Support and bring valuable experience to my role, inspired in part by my mother, who is also a support worker. Some knowledge comes naturally through observation and experience, not just formal studies. I love working at The Gold Foundation because it provides participants with opportunities to socialize, learn new skills, and have fun in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
