Through conversations and activities, participants have the opportunity to improve their confidence and build their social skills in a safe and fun environment.

Gold Foundation organises regular social groups for young people on the Autism Spectrum from 13 to 18 years of age. Our Youth Groups are held in a relaxed and fun environment, where young people can be social together, forge lasting friendships and, informally, develop social skills and connect with others their age.
Not So Youth Group is a social group for young adults on the Autism Spectrum where attendees can be social, find common ground and make friends, all the while continuing to develop communication and social skills.
